Today, 31st of March 2022, HON ZAKARI MOHAMMED (MAI-JAMA'A) emerged as the sole candidate from the Local Government, as unanimously endorsed by Party Stakeholders and other Party faithfuls that includes Local Government Party Executive, Ward party Executive, Artisans, Motor unions and other Associations. The event which was well attended took place at KOSUBOSU, the Headquarter of the Local Government. The Stakeholders who spoke at the meeting said "This is about showing up to put our best foot forward to serve" Therefore our best foot is MAI-JAMA'A The people hailed his emergence and pledged the Leadership of the PDP to subsequently give him the opportunity to fly the ticket of the Party in the 2023 elections, that with him, the party will be victorious.
